Rathbone East in London’s Canning Town has become the first ever residential building to achieve a WiredScore certification. It was awarded a Silver rating under the new residential certification by WiredScore, the internationally recognised real estate rating scheme for digital connectivity.
The WiredScore Silver rating reflects Rathbone East’s excellent connectivity and reliable infrastructure. It demonstrates that LaSalle Investment Management have committed to future proofing the building and have invested in the underlying digital infrastructure. As a result, Rathbone East provides reliable, consistent connectivity and mobile signal across the site, providing renting customers with a seamless digital experience.
Rathbone East provides a new standard of renting with a dedicated, site based, Resident Services Manager, a high tech parcel collection service and a beautifully landscaped private courtyard garden.
Residents are encouraged to make Rathbone East their home; customer service is the priority, long term tenancies are offered as standard and a choice of unfurnished, part furnished or furnished apartments are available.
The dedicated on site Resident Services Manager is present solely for the occupants of Rathbone East and there is a strong community spirit through the use of customer only events as well as regular newsletters and initiatives, including the most recent silver WiredScore rating.
Commenting on the achievement LaSalle Investment Management and Savills stated: “We are thrilled that Rathbone East is the first residential development ever to achieve a WiredScore rating. In addition to all the other perks that come with living in Rathbone East, renters benefit from knowing that their homes have been futureproofed and have the best possible level of connectivity.”

LaSalle Investment Management have recognised the immense value of investing in flexible and reliable digital infrastructure as part of their mission to provide a superior in-home experience for their renters.”
