Dornin Investment Group’s Marnell Corporate Center 3 Achieves Gold Wired Certification for Best-In-Class Internet Connectivity
Dornin Investment Group and WiredScore, the company behind the world’s leading rating system for technological capacity in commercial buildings, announced today that Las Vegas’s Marnell Corporate Center 3 is the first office property in Las Vegas and the state of Nevada to achieve Wired Certification.
Marnell Corporate Center 3 was evaluated on its superior connectivity, technological infrastructure and readiness to adopt emerging technologies.
Marnell Corporate Center 3 is a 68,454 sq. ft. Class A office building located at 6725 Via Austi Parkway within Marnell Corporate Center, a six-building, 493,000 sq. ft. business park adjacent to the McCarran International Airport. Its location near I-15 and the I215 Beltway offers its tenants an office environment with high visibility and ease of access to all major points in the Las Vegas Valley. Beyond location, Marnell Corporate Center provides access to highly innovative and flexible floor plates, state-of-the-art facilities, on site management services, access to high-speed data infrastructure, covered parking, distinctive public area finishes, unique interior elements and views of the city and surrounding mountains.
“As the first landlord to pursue and earn Wired Certification in Las Vegas, Dornin Investment Group stands out as a forward-thinking leader in the market and clearly demonstrates to tenants that they offer best-in-class digital infrastructure,” said Arie Barendrecht, CEO and co-founder of WiredScore.
According to Andrew Kurzeka, Director at Dornin Investment Group, “This was a great opportunity for our team and tenants to receive confirmation that MCC3 has superior technology infrastructure. Working with the WiredScore team was seamless and we are excited to market this achievement.”
In pursuing Wired Certification, Marnell Corporate Center 3 underwent a comprehensive certification process that evaluated the aspects of digital infrastructure that support resilient, reliable internet connectivity for businesses. Upon review of the building’s internet service providers available to tenants, infrastructure redundancy, connection access points, and readiness to meet future tenant needs, a Wired Certification level is assigned based on the official standards developed by WiredScore and its connectivity advisory board with representatives from Google Fiber, Rudin Management, Arup, WSP / Parsons Brinckerhoff, and Zayo Group.
Marnell Corporate Center 3 has displayed highly advanced technological infrastructure that is essential for reliable, redundant Internet connections, thus earning it a Wired Certified Gold designation.
This certification was given based on the building’s ability to provide tenants with features of connectivity that matter most: multiple points of entry into the building to mitigate service outages, capacity to support future equipment installation, three internet service providers offering high speed fiber connectivity, which provides tenants with flexibility when selecting internet service.
