Savanna's Lee Building Announced as First-Ever Wired-Certified Office Building in Harlem

Savanna, a New York City-based real estate investment manager, owner/operator and developer today announced The Lee Building, an office and retail building located at 1825 Park Avenue in the heart of Harlem’s 125th Street corridor, became the first-ever Wired Certified Gold building in Harlem. The certification, an internationally recognized rating system that marks superior digital connectivity, places the building among the ranks of the best-connected office buildings in New York City. The certification also points to the continuing transformation of Harlem’s office market, with The Lee Building noted as the foremost office property of institutional-quality in the area.

Additional elements of Savanna’s capital improvement plan to The Lee Building included façade and sidewalk repair, a newly designed lobby and entrance, upgraded bathrooms, new windows, and HVAC and electrical upgrades.
