Golub & Co. confirms connectivity as must-have amenity
Golub's The 300 joins the West Loop's recent redevelopment activity alongside its neighbors Willis Tower, The Post Office, and Union Station. Having acquired the property in partnership with Alcion Ventures, ownership plans to invest more than $10M in capital improvements to reposition the property in the fast-paced, ever-evolving submarket.
The 300 has received an amenity overhaul, which includes upgrades to the existing conferencing and fitness centers, a new tenant lounge, and a unique lobby renovation complete with a stationary food truck. Golub tapped Huntsman Architectural Group to design the boutique hospitality environment. See the image gallery below for photos of the building's recently completed renovations and upgrades. Ownership is fully committed to showcasing the building's tech capabilities, which achieved Wired Certified Silver. Along with engaging WiredScore, ownership is doubling down on efforts to promote tenants' productivity and efficiency.
Golub is also partnering with Rise Buildings, an app-based program that improves efficiencies in tenant interaction with building security and engineering teams, to offer tenants an improved and seamless tech-forward experience.
